What we collect
When you book a consultation or send a message, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, business name, package interest, preferred contact method and time, and your message. To help prevent spam, our server also records your IP address and browser type with each submission.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to you, arrange your consultation and understand what clients are asking for. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored on our own server in files that are not publicly accessible, and only NexDesk staff can view them. Client information is treated as strictly confidential.
Cookies
This site sets one technical cookie to protect its forms from forged requests. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and is only loaded on that page.
